Our core team is 100% software engineers: no sales staff, no finance people, no busy work. Programmers and software only.

  • Do you have an office?
    No, we are a remote-first company with team members across Australia. Currently, our core team is based in Adelaide and Melbourne, but we have an extended team of contractors within Australia that we use if a job requires it.
  • Where are you based?
    We founded the company in Adelaide, Australia but have team members and contractors that we work with all across Australia.
  • Do you do a good job?
    We think so! After working with 100s of small and mid-sized businesses, we are confident in our skills and the end product we deliver to our clients. See what our customers say publicly on Google Reviews and TrustPilot.
  • I'm looking for a long term service provider, how do I know you will be around to support me over the years?
    We have been around for over 6 years, profitable since our very first year, take no debt, turned down multiple offers to join large companies, and purposely decided to stay small with a focus on sustainability. We are here for the long term.
  • Do you offshore work to cheap labour overseas?
    No, software companies are notorious for this behaviour but not us. We pay programmers, graphic designers, videographers, or anyone else we work with the same amount based on their level of expertise. Their pay does not fluctuate based on geographic location. A “cheap price” is not our metric to hiring, we hire based on experience and expertise. Clients hire our company for the exact same reason. For any outsourcing companies reading this, please do not contact us. All correspondence will be ignored.
  • Do you have a team or are you just a bunch of freelancers?
    We have a core team of 3 software engineers who are all formally qualified. We also have an extended team of contractors that we call on dependent on the complexity and length of a job. We are not freelancers that disappear tomorrow or quit when the project “gets too hard”.
  • Are you qualified Software programmers?
    We hire team members based on either a degree from a reputable university or proven years of experience. We do not hire “AI programmers” or “vibe coders”; we hire people who demonstrate technical excellence. We could of course hire “cheap labour” but we know that gives “cheap results”. Rest assured you will be speaking and working with one of our experienced software programmers.
  • Can I call or email your team any time?
    We respond to an enquiry within 24 to 48 hours. Depending on the type of request and our current workload, we then schedule it in on a first-come, first-served basis. If you require service responses that are on an urgent basis (1-2 hours), we offer this as a separate service. Not every business requires an urgent response; therefore, we allow clients to choose if they want to pay for this type of priority. We keep our prices lean by not employing a worker on the phone at all times. We monitor every request that comes through and always ensure we respond within 24-48 hours.   • Do you use AI to write software?
    We use Perplexity AI to search software documentation and perform high level research, we see it as a better Google. However, we continue to write software by hand because we are fastidious about quality and durability of the applications we build. We are keeping up with the latest progressions of AI such as agents and will continue to experiment to see what value they bring our clients.
