I attempt to run our business similarly to how I run my life. Alongside Sav, I always look to iterate a new and better solution. I focus on putting my best foot forward while reflecting on each action I make - no one is perfect and I am far from it. As a Software Engineer and business owner, I take strong pride in my ethics and the quality delivered to our clients. The “golden rule” is to treat people as you want to be treated and I always want someone to act with honesty and respect. Therefore, every client I work with gets my utmost honesty and respect.

Hi everyone, I am Sav Tripodi, the co-founder of Sanico Software. I will start this with a confession… I love software (too cliché?). Well, for whatever reason computers always fascinated me so I chose to make a career out of my passion. After I close the laptop for the day I do also have a life outside of software. You’ll usually find me playing guitar, reading a bunch of books, or going for casual runs at my local beach (not during winter though; too cold). I am also passionate about languages, I speak fluently in Italian and a little bit of Spanish (very very slowly).

Hey! I’m a bachelor’s graduate from the University of Melbourne who studied computer science, UI/UX design, and mathematics. Since high school, I’ve enjoyed front-end web development and, more generally, the technical and human side of computing. To me, there’s just a thing about being able to create something that anyone with internet and a web browser can access anywhere.

  • How many team members do you have at Sanico?
    Our core team is made up of 3 computer programmers: Sav Tripodi, Dom Tripodi, and Bryan Susanto. Depending on the size of a project we also work with trusted external contractors based in Australia.
  • Do you ship software development overseas for cheap labour?
    No. We hire top-notch and qualified software developers. Our clientele seeks us out for our high-quality solutions, not for a dirt-cheap solution. To create high-quality custom software takes significant expertise, and cheap, unqualified labour does not meet these criteria.
  • Are your computer programmers qualified?
    Yes, Sav Tripodi graduated in Computer Science (Honours) at Adelaide University, Dom Tripodi graduated in Software Engineering (Honours) at Adelaide University, and Bryan Susanto graduated in Design, Computing and Software Systems at University of Melbourne.
  • Do you hire internationally?
    We currently only hire computer programmers based in Australia. Given the global nature of our clients, we may hire computer programmers in Europe or America at some point.
  • Do you hire or work with programmers without university qualifications?
    Yes, but they must demonstrate programming expertise through real-world projects. Many of the top programmers around the world never graduated from a University. We hire based on technical excellence not on university prestige. For us a university degree serves as a signal of technical excellence, not as a minimum requirement.
  • Do you outsource?
    No. Please do not send us requests for outsourcing to your company. We will mark them as spam, we perform all software development in-house.
  • Are you currently hiring?
    We post all job announcements on our website and social media. Please do not email or message us jobs, we will mark them as spam. Follow the instructions on the job announcement.
